Is my photo safe?
We use your source photo only to generate, deliver, and recover the result you requested. Source uploads and generated assets are kept in private storage and handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't build a face database or train our own model on your photo.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: the first preview sticker is free — upload a photo, pick a style, and see the result before you pay.
What if the stickers don't look like me?
You always see the preview first, and nothing is charged until you're happy with it — if the likeness isn't there, simply don't buy the pack. If something went wrong with a pack you already paid for, write to support with /paysupport in the bot and we'll take a look.
Do I need to type the emotions?
No. In the Mini App, tap exactly 6 options in the visual emoji grid — there are 12 to choose from, and the 6 you pick become your 6 stickers.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes from photo to finished pack; a busy queue can make it longer.
How do I pay and get a refund?
Payment is handled through Telegram Stars inside the bot. If anything goes wrong with a payment, send /paysupport in the bot and we'll review it. Statutory rights still apply.
What kind of photo works best?
For people, use a clear, well-lit photo without heavy filters, dark sunglasses, or covered faces; for a couple or family, keep every face visible. For a pet, make sure its face and defining features are clear and unobstructed.
