StickerKit is operated by [OWNER: legal entity name and registered address] ("we", "us"). By sending a photo to the @stickerkit_bot Telegram bot, using the StickerKit Mini App at app.stickerkit.app, or paying for anything in either, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
StickerKit generates a personalized sticker pack from a photo you upload, using AI image generation (currently Google's Gemini API), and delivers it as an installable Telegram sticker set that you own and control. We may also offer animated video-sticker versions of a pack, gift codes redeemable by someone else, and a "pro" subscription for unlimited packs. Features, styles, and prices may change at any time; we'll try to flag material changes in the bot.
You must meet Telegram's own minimum age to use Telegram at all, and that's also our floor. If you're a minor where you live, get a parent's or guardian's permission before using StickerKit, and before paying for anything in it.
We can remove content or restrict access without notice if we reasonably believe it violates this section — see Termination below.
Paid packs, subscriptions, animations, and gifts are purchased with Telegram Stars, entirely inside Telegram. Prices shown on this website are for reference; the price the bot confirms at checkout is the one that applies. We never see or store your card, bank, or wallet details — Telegram processes the transaction. Because delivery of your sticker pack begins essentially immediately once you send your photo, you agree that we may start performance right away and that no cooling-off/withdrawal period applies once generation has started, to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
If a pack fails to generate after you've paid, we automatically refund your Stars — no request needed. For anything else (you're unsatisfied with a delivered pack that did generate, a subscription dispute, etc.), use /paysupport in the bot chat; refunds beyond automatic ones are handled at our discretion and in line with Telegram's payment platform rules, which govern Stars refunds generally.
If a delivered pack doesn't reasonably resemble the subject of your photo, we'll regenerate it once at no extra cost. This guarantee covers genuine likeness issues, not a change of mind about style or content, and is subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse.
The sticker pack we generate for you is yours to use, publish, and install as a Telegram sticker set. To generate it, you grant us a limited license to process the photo you upload (including sending it to our AI subprocessor) solely to create your pack — see our Privacy Policy for how the photo itself is handled and deleted. We don't claim ownership of your photo or of the stickers we generate from it. StickerKit's name, branding, bot, Mini App, and underlying software remain our property.
Stickers are generated by an AI model and may not perfectly reproduce the uploaded photo, may occasionally misinterpret it, and are provided "as is" beyond the regeneration guarantee above. We don't guarantee pixel-perfect likeness, a particular artistic outcome, or that generated content is free of errors or artifacts.
We may suspend or stop providing the service to accounts that abuse it — fraud, prohibited content, uploading photos of non-consenting people, or attempts to bypass payment. You can stop using the bot at any time; blocking or deleting the bot doesn't itself entitle you to a refund for packs already delivered.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the pack or subscription giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER: governing law / jurisdiction for disputes], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local mandatory consumer-protection law gives you additional rights that can't be waived. Payment disputes over Stars are also subject to Telegram's own terms as the payment processor.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll update the date above and flag significant changes in the bot. Continuing to use the bot or Mini App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
