Who we are, and acceptance of these terms

StickerKit operates the @stickerkit_bot Telegram bot and the StickerKit Mini App at app.stickerkit.app.

Before you can use product features or make a purchase, you must actively confirm that you are at least 18 years old, accept the then-current version of these Terms, and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. We record your Telegram user ID, the legal-bundle version, and the confirmation time. Every new legal-bundle version requires you to review and confirm again. Merely opening the bot, Mini App, or a legal page is not this confirmation. If you do not agree or cannot make the age statement truthfully, do not use the service.

The service

StickerKit generates a personalized sticker pack from a photo you upload using the AI image-generation provider identified in the Privacy Policy, and delivers it as an installable Telegram sticker set created for your Telegram account. Each account may receive one successful free preview; failed or no-subject attempts do not consume it. Features, styles, and prices may change prospectively; we'll flag material changes in the bot.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use StickerKit. This restriction also applies where Telegram itself permits younger users. Your button confirmation is a self-attestation: we do not collect your date of birth or identity document and do not claim that it verifies your age or identity.

Your responsibilities for the photos you send

Only upload a photo you have the right to use: yourself, or someone else — including a minor — only with their consent or a parent's/guardian's consent. Don't upload a photo of anyone who hasn't agreed to have their image turned into a sticker pack.
Don't use the service to create packs that are illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or that impersonate a real person to deceive or defame them.
Don't try to abuse the free preview to obtain packs without paying, and don't try to extract, reverse engineer, or scrape the underlying models.

We can remove content or restrict access without notice if we reasonably believe it violates this section — see Termination below.

Payment and digital goods

Paid packs are purchased with Telegram Stars, entirely inside Telegram. Prices shown on this website are for reference; the price the bot confirms at checkout is the one that applies. We never see or store your card, bank, or wallet details — Telegram processes the transaction. Generation can begin shortly after checkout. Any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right continues to apply unless the legally required prior express request, acknowledgement and confirmation for immediate digital performance have been collected separately; accepting these general Terms alone is not treated as that waiver. Contact support to exercise a right that applies in your jurisdiction.

Refunds

When our records establish that paid fulfillment failed before any paid pack or benefit was delivered, and that no external delivery may still have taken effect, StickerKit creates an automatic obligation to return the full Stars payment. If a provider outcome is unknown or delivery may have taken effect, the order goes to manual review instead of being automatically refunded or charged again. Use /paysupport in the bot chat for that review or any other payment issue. Other refund and withdrawal requests are assessed under applicable mandatory law, these Terms, and Telegram's payment rules; our review does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights you already have in the photo you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it, including sending it to our AI subprocessor, solely to create and deliver your pack; see our Privacy Policy for its handling and deletion. Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, provider terms, and Telegram's rules, you may use, publish, and install the delivered stickers. We do not claim ownership of your photo. To the extent StickerKit holds rights in the final sticker output, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it. StickerKit's name, branding, bot, Mini App, and underlying software remain our property.

AI-generated content

Stickers are generated by an AI model and may not perfectly reproduce the uploaded photo, may occasionally misinterpret it, and are provided "as is". We don't guarantee pixel-perfect likeness, a particular artistic outcome, or that generated content is free of errors or artifacts.

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the service to accounts that abuse it — fraud, prohibited content, uploading photos of non-consenting people, or attempts to bypass payment. You can stop using the bot at any time; blocking or deleting the bot doesn't itself entitle you to a refund for packs already delivered.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the pack giving rise to the claim.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights and any forum available under applicable law are not limited by this choice. Payment disputes involving Telegram Stars are also subject to Telegram’s terms as payment processor.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll update the version above and flag significant changes in the bot. Whenever the recorded legal-bundle version changes, product access is blocked until you review and actively confirm the new version. Use before that version change remains governed by the version you confirmed at the time.
